RICHARD NEALE

Born in New Zealand, Richard has conducted tours for TRAVCOA since 1984. His specialty locations are Australia, New Zealand and all the major islands of the South Pacific, including New Guinea. He speaks German, French, Italian and Spanish, and also enjoys working in the Orient and in Europe. Richard holds a B.A. in German literature and a M.A. in Honors studies from Canterbury University in Christchurch, New Zealand. He served as Private Secretary to The Hon. Sir William McMahon, former Prime Minister of Australia, and taught French and German at The Kings' School in Sydney. He has a special interest in music and theatre, and was the Chairman of Auckland Sinfonietta (Chamber Orchestra) for five years, and the Front of House Manager for the Aotea Performing Arts Centre in Auckland, NZ.
