Explore the Auberge de Provence, home to the National Museum of Archaeology with worthy collections of prehistoric pottery, sculptures and ornaments recovered from the megalithic temples found on the island. DAY 4Valletta This morning visit the more than 5500‐year‐old Megalithic Temples of the Maltese Islands – each a UNESCO World Heritage Site. See the Tarxien Temples, built in 3000 BC, and with unique refined architecture and art. The afternoon is at your leisure to enjoy the city. (B)
