Fly to Tarangire National Park. For the next two days enjoy game drives and the opportunity to experience a walking safari with a naturalist guide. (2B, 2L, 2D)

DAY 4

Following a morning flight to the Ngorongoro Crater Highlands, visit a traditional Maasai village, and then drive from the rim of the iconic Ngorongoro Crater down to the crater’s floor where approximately 25,000 large animals make their home. Enjoy a picnic lunch followed by a spectacular afternoon of game viewing. (B, L, D)

DAYS 5 - 7

After a leisurely start to the day, fly to the Serengeti on Day 5. In pursuit of food and water, over a million wildebeests and half a million zebras and antelopes migrate between the Serengeti and the adjoining Masai Mara reserve in Kenya every year. On arrival in the Serengeti enjoy a game drive on your way to your traditional luxury tented camp, seasonally situated to provide proximity to the great migration: Sayari, Olakira, or Dunia Camp. For the next two days you will explore the vast Serengeti. Over 3 million large animals coexist here, making it peerless in quantity and variety of life. (3B, 3L, 3D)

DAY 8

After an early morning game drive, enjoy brunch followed by another game drive en route to the airstrip for your flight back to Arusha. You will have time to relax in your day room before your flight home or on to your next destination. (B, L)
