The Escorted Journey Consultant (EJC) is responsible for receiving inbound sales calls and providing reservations assistance for Travcoa escorted journeys. Product Specialist/Assistant –

The Product Specialist is teamed with and works under the supervision of a Product Manager. The Product Specialist has significant administrative responsibility and has a keen eye on quality to ensure that a guest’s travel experience is representative of the Travcoa brand. Together the product team proactively looks after a regional portfolio of 15 to 20 different journeys with numerous individual departures.
