Journey Consultant – The Journey Consultant (JC) is responsible for managing a complex and proactive sales dialogue with travel agents and guests. The role is challenging and requires a consultative style along with tremendous listening abilities. The JC receives inbound sales calls and leads for Travcoa Escorted and Independent Journeys and other TUI sister-company products; private jet expeditions, small-ship expedition cruises all over the world, including Arctic and Antarctic regions. The selling prices range from $3,500 to more than $65,000 per person. The JC manages the conversation and sales lifecycle, providing regular activity updates.
