DAYS 1 & 2Windhoek, Namibia Arrive in Windhoek on Day 2. Explore Windhoek, where history and beauty merge in the quaint architecture, charming streets and gardens. Visit the seat of government and the Christuskirche church, whose spire is a town landmark. Heinitzburg Hotel, Windhoek DAYS 3 & 4Sossusvlei An array of exotic desert plants, animals and massive dunes awaits as you head into the Namib Rand Nature Reserve in four-wheel drive vehicles. Your impressive lodge is perched on the edge of a rocky escarpment in the heart of the Namib Desert. Sossusvlei Desert Lodge, Sossusvlei DAYS 5 & 6Swakopmund Fly over the dunes to the Atlantic coast, discovering the diamond camps and shipwrecks of the Namibia Coast on the way. Explore Swakopmund, known for its old-world charm, and relax while enjoying coffee and cake in one of the many cafés found in Swakopmund. Enjoy a cruise to Walvis Bay and see large colonies of seals and schools of dolphins.
